Don Manzullo Bad For Congress; Don Manzullo Betrays Families; BOB ABBOUND FOR CONGRESS

What has Manzullo done to help families?

Manzullo’s idea of relieving traffic congestion is kicking families out of their home and tearing them down to make roads wider.

Manzullo’s blind allegiance to a self serving and destructive energy policy has hamstrung development of
new technology.

Don Manzullo has had 16 years to address this energy crisis, 16 years to avoid this catastrophe and he has done absolutely nothing, nothing.

Don Manzullo’s choice to ignore these heroes, oppose a plan for their return home, and refuse to take a position on delivering the funding our forces already in Iraq need is shameful.

Don Manzullo made the choice to turn his back on the individuals to whom this country owes its freedom.

After the loss of more than 4,000 American lives, countless casualties and more than half a trillion dollars, what is it going to take for Don Manzullo to step up to the plate and become a real leader, a leader that works for the security of every American.

The list goes on. The bottom line is Don Manzullo for the past 16 years has been bring the problems of Washington back to the 16th district.

It’s time for real leadership….. It’s time for change…..

Thomas Cynor for McHenry County State’s Attorney 2008 – We need to rehab the McHenry county judicial system

November 2008 should be a time for change. This year we should show our support and have faith in Thomas Cynor as the new McHenry County State’s Attorney.

Lou Bianchi has destroyed our judicial system in McHenry County. He has corrupted our court  judge’s, falsified trial evidence and strong hold the community. Lou Bianchi continues to misuse taxpayer money.

Lou Bianchi had expense about $60,000 in reimbursements since he took office. This included many meals and travel…. eating and playing on our tax dollars just isn’t right. Again, Lou Bianchi is mixing political campaigning with official business. Lou Bianchi’s booth at the Crystal Lake Expo is another example. Lou Bianchi cannot mix official community outreach efforts and political campaigning. If he used taxpayer money and we all know that he did, it is a violation of the Illinois Election Interference Act.

Illinois State Board of Elections records reveal that Cynor’s opponent, Louis Bianchi (R-Crystal Lake, Illinois) however, has accepted thousands of dollars from various county contractors and other special interests. Those same records indicate that Bianchi even went as far as accepting thousands of dollars from the very same contractors who where awarded a multimillion dollar deal to remodel the government center and Bianchi’s own governmental office. Cynor stated, “When you take money from government contractors and then those same contractors get multimillion dollar county contracts, eyebrows raise. The State’s Attorney is the people’s lawyer, they should never have reason to question the loyalty of their own legal representation. If Bianchi were called upon to represent the county in a contract dispute against his major political contributors, whose interests would he be representing?”

We need strong independent leadership for McHenry County’s future!

It is time for a change!

This November………..

LOU BIANCHI TAKES GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR CONTRIBUTIONS FOR RE-ELECTION: WE CALL IT BRIBES

Elect Thomas Cynor for McHenry County State’s Attorney 2008

WOODSTOCK IL. – The committee, Citizens for Cynor, announced a fundraising event today for McHenry County State’s Attorney Candidate, Thomas J. Cynor (D-Woodstock, Illinois). The event is scheduled for September 23, 2008 (7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.) at the Stage Left Café in downtown Woodstock. “The fund raising event is typical in most regards,” said campaign coordinator, Laura Asbury, “except for one very important detail. Mr. Cynor has pledged both privately and publically that he will not accept government contractor or vendor contributions – not now, not ever.”

Judge Joseph Condon Knows Cops Were Wrongfully Accused, Bianchi And Owens Should Be Jailed Instead

Filed under: Uncategorized — mcisao @ 8:00 am

Found Here: Marengo Gazette

Corruption is undermining justice which is denying the basic human right to a fair trial of the innocent.

I would like to congratulate Volstad and Pilati for their victory against a corrupted judicial system.
It is nice to see that even Judge Joseph Condon could not ignore the fact that Louis Bianchi and Nichole Owens tampered with crucial evidence in the case. There is nothing more incriminating than having two audios of the call to 911 and having them being different. Let’s not forget that William Kroncke handed over the remix. Also, he was probably responsible for the missing video tape that was taken from a gas station across the way that might have captured the whole thing. What video tape!? You will have to ask Nichole Owens about this one.

The way I see it, 90 days in jail and 2 years probation is much better than 5 years in prison. There lies the victory. Who knows, they might only serve half of that.

ANOTHER 4 MORE YEARS IN MCHENRY COUNTY JAIL UNDER LOUIS BIANCHI, OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM LOSES FACE VALUE

Filed under: Uncategorized — mcisao @ 8:53 am

Again, we can look forward to another 4 years of Louis Bianchi’s corruption of the McHenry County Justice System. Face it people, he is nothing but lights, mirrors, and a whole bunch of smoke. His dishonesty is his character, lying, cheating, and stealing. He has damaged this county’s judicial system to such extent that there was only one other candidate who was willing to step up to the challenge to make the system righteous again.

It is sad that most people in McHenry County read and believe what the Northwest Herald prints. Unfortunately, it is the only local news source for our area. I do not know how long they have been established, but to me they do not seem to have any notion to what their purpose is. They never print the truth, they just bend until it sounds good. Just like Louise Bianchi, the NWH is nothing but lights, mirrors, and a whole bunch of smoke. The NWH definitely has no moral value at all, their article comments reflect that.
The NWH is unethical in their practices and fold under the pressure of McHenry County Government. Again, it was displayed be endorsing a candidate. The NWH fooled the people by endorsing Louis Bianchi as the best candidate for States Attorney and confusing voters.  I hope another 4 years of Louis Bianchi was worth whatever promises he made or any donation he threw at you to endorse him.

As our county grows, I will praise the day when another media source comes to town.

State’s Attorney Louis Bianchi Defending Baby Killer Lyndsey Tucker, Cannot Decide How To Do His Job

Filed under: Uncategorized — mcisao @ 7:13 pm

Vote for Dan Regna, McHenry County States Attorney

“Mr. Bianchi’s administration has been a failure. The state’s attorney’s office is in chaos, defeat and ruin.”

I cannot believe that Louis Bianchi has not filed any murder charges against Lyndsey Tucker for killing her baby. Is this the type of State’s Attorney you want in McHenry County?  This is what I am trying to tell all of you. He does not prosecute actual criminals!!! This goes to show that he is defending a baby killer. He is not competent enough to hold office. How can the Northwest Herald support such a person?

Death of baby born to mom on home detention is ruled homicide

Home-detained mom birthed infant who suffocated

| Tribune staff reporter
November 8, 2007

The death of a baby boy born to a woman who was under home detention on bank robbery charges was ruled a homicide by a McHenry County coroner’s jury Wednesday.

The infant suffocated because a placental membrane covered his mouth and nose, which probably occurred during birth, according to testimony at a coroner’s inquest.

Lyndsey Tucker, 25, apparently gave birth the morning of July 9, police said. Her baby was found in a bag in the bathroom of the apartment she shared with the baby’s father just north of Harvard.

"Lyndsey admitted she had a baby but as far as what occurred in that bathroom … she will not talk about it," said Detective William Umbenhower of the McHenry County sheriff’s office.

The homicide ruling means the jury believed the death was caused by another person but does not indicate whether a crime was committed.

Tucker has not been charged in the death of her baby, but the case remains open, according to prosecutors.

The baby was born alive and had a great chance of surviving had the membrane been removed, said Deputy Coroner Paula Gallas.

"It’s not very common in occurrence — about 1 in 1,000 babies," Gallas said. "They are termed to be born with a veil."

Tucker is being held in the McHenry County Jail on federal charges in two February bank robberies in Lake in the Hills. After being notified of the baby’s death, a judge revoked an order that allowed Tucker to be on home detention before her trial. Tucker had been on home detention since Feb. 16 at an apartment with her boyfriend, who was unaware that Tucker was pregnant, Gallas said. DNA tests concluded that he was the baby’s father, authorities said.

The boyfriend called an ambulance July 9 after finding Tucker unconscious in the bathroom and bleeding. She was taken to Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock about 3:15 a.m., when doctors determined she had given birth.

"Where is it?" Umbenhower said the boyfriend asked the doctor.

The father returned to the apartment and found the baby in a brown plastic bag in a cabinet underneath the bathroom sink.

"He put it in a soft-sided cooler and took it to the hospital," Umbenhower testified.

In another case Wednesday, the county coroner’s jury determined that a 7-year-old Crystal Lake girl was suffocated and that her mother then killed herself by standing in front of an approaching commuter train. Magdalene Kamysz, 28, died about 2 p.m. Aug. 28 after she was struck by a Crystal Lake-bound Metra train along the Union Pacific Northwest tracks in Cary, authorities said. Police believe she suffocated her child before she took her own life.

At 6 p.m. that day, McHenry County Deputy Coroner Robert Locke went to Kamysz’s home in the 4500 block of Hanover Drive near Crystal Lake to notify family members about her death.

Locke found the body of Sydney Kamysz, 7, on a bed holding two stuffed animals.

"She had a comforter over her," Locke said Wednesday. "She was resting in a peaceful position."

The child had some bruising that suggested something was held over her with force, he said.

Kamysz was involved in legal proceedings filed by the girl’s father, who was seeking visitation rights. The two were not married.
